習慣成自然~~~ 很多事情一旦習慣了~~
就變成自然 像我每天習慣跑步~搖呼拉圈~跳繩~踩腳踏機
沒有做就覺得怪怪的~~
但重點是.....為什麼做這些運動....體重還是沒什麼變...!!!
